The Commercial
Division provides a variety of services to its clients.
Whether properties are sold by private treaty, public
auction or public campaign, tender or registration
of interest, the personnel within the sales team have
experience second to none in each of these fields.
Within the national sales team, we have dedicated
staff to offer specialised services including:
- Portfolio campaigns
- Development sites
- Sale and leaseback campaigns
- Major transactions
The success of this team is based on experience,
commitment and communication. Focus is also given
to cross department information flow including Consultancy
and Valuation, Leasing and Property Management to
meet any requirements for our clients to exceed their
expectations. Each of these departments provide services
to the national Sales team such as Cash Flow Analysis,
Tenant Profiles and Expiries and building services
to name but a few.
The intimate knowledge base of the core sales team
allows for the best sales team for each individual
property to be assigned. In many instances this could
involve multiple staff, each dedicated to the property,
from multiple locations. Colliers International has
had many campaigns where cross border teams have successfully
transacted property. International links, based in
local, regional and city based offices ensure all
Colliers clients benefit from contact with experts
in specific areas. Team players are committed to strong
face-to-face contact with clients, maximising market
opportunities through a process of discovery and fact
finding, creating a leading position of knowledge
for all concerned. Strong working relationships with
offices in the Asia/Pacific Region, the Americas and
Europe, as part of the Global Investment Team, provide
the added benefit of international requirements being
met.
