Leased our first apartment in Darwin after moving from Melbourne. Really want to appreciate the job done by Property Manager “Angel Hope”. It was our first application for a house in Darwin. Excelled as a Property Manager!

Julie Neal has excelled as a property manager! Despite arriving in Darwin (from WA) for a two day reconnaissance trip, only to find my first day a public holiday, Julie has gone above and beyond my expectations. Not only did she show me the property I would eventually rent on her day off but she has since maintained the level of service since then. Julie has made my first time move to Darwin plain sailing and I really cannot recommend her enough.

Thoroughly professional

Debbie was thoroughly professional while making the process of purchasing the property as straightforward as possible. I was unable to drive at the time and Debbie was really helpful bringing papers to me and offering transport where needed. She also arranged for repairs to be done with no fuss. Her manner was friendly and helpful and she was genuinely interested in my needs. I would recommend Debbie to others without hesitation.

Our experience wonderful

Julie has been great getting us into our property. We have moved from Perth, so logistically presented some troubles, but Julie was more than accommodating to make our experience wonderful.

A brilliant agent

We had been looking for a rental property for several weeks and were having little success. A property was advertised by Julie in an apartment complex we had lived in a few years ago, and it seemed a great fit for us. Unfortunately we were not successful with our appplication, but Julie told us that she would look to find a similar property . True to her word Julie had a property that was coming onto the market shortly and offered to take us through to view. The apartment was perfect for us and she made the application process very straight forward. Julie could not have been more helpful, and she was wonderful in getting our pet approved by the body corporate within a matter of days. I would highly recommend Julie and Colliers if you are seeking to rent a quality property and wish to deal with a brilliant agent.

We recently engaged Craig Inkster of Colliers International to sell Palmerston Early Learning Centre. We had previously appointed another agent to sell the property however their attempt was unsuccessful. Following the initial attempt to sell we met with Craig and he expressed great confidence in Colliers ability to engage with key target markets for our property. We were not desperate to sell but were willing to sell if the price was right. We set Craig a tough task in respect of our price expectations. Colliers International prepared quality marketing material and showed great skill and efficiency in reaching the target markets. Craig generated a high level of interest in our property and within a matter of weeks we had secured a buyer. The property sold for $4.0M which equated to a yield of 7.0% which we understand is almost unheard of in Darwin. The whole sales process with Colliers was handled with great professionalism.
