Colliers International has and will allocate the most appropriate skilled resources to the provision of services required under this contract. We have extensive experience throughout the Northern Territory including significant experience in remote localities and communities. Our current valuation staff have combined experience in the NT in excess of 50 years and are well supported by two dedicated support staff and our Research Department. The majority of our valuation work is focused on commercial property and accordingly we have the largest number of commercial valuation specialists in the NT.

Our Valuation Department employs four full time commercial and residential property valuers in addition to dedicated support staff and has been the dominant valuation service provider in the NT over the last 25 years and have experience in the most remote locations.

We have excellent systems, report templates, valuation models, property sales databases and property records as well as a market research department.

QA has been successfully implemented to not only ensure our existing procedures result in the best service for our clients, but also as a basis to initiate improved strategies that our service is continually improved.
